OPEN CLASS -WEBINAR: New challenges in teaching and researching comparative law
An open lecture which gathers reputable scholars in comparative law from the ELGS and the University Luigi Vanvitelli of Caserta is co-organized by the ELGS and the IS-GEA, Istituto di Studi Giuridici Euro-Asiatici, of the University L. Vanvitelli of Caserta to debate over the most crucial issues in teaching and researching in Comparative Law, both private and public.
It is addressed to scholars and practitioners having an interest in the debate but most importantly it will be extremely beneficial for undergraduate and postgraduate students who are defining their topics of research for their thesis or university essays. All the topics that will be discussed are clarified in the program hereafter:
