A 2-year long course, divided into two distinct years of studies.
In the first year, students attend the academic program of one School (either ELS or EGS), while in the second they enrol in the other.
In the first year, students sit in two examination periods, a mid-term exam, after the completion of the first semester, and a final exam, after the completion of the taught course.
Marking and grades follow the same reasoning as in the other available courses.
Students failing to get a “pass” mark, and provided that they do not improve their performance in the oral exam, that they will be called to give (again, having to pay a fine for it), will be awarded a ‘Specialisation’ – or Master’s- degree in the program they attended.
In the second year, students follow the curriculum of the other School (ELS LLM or EGS Master course), and may select, thus, between specialisation either in European Union or International Law (for ELS), or Public Policy, Global Governance or European Governance (for EGS).
Program opening in the academic year 2013-14.
